  1. Subscription terms

Conclusion of the agreement

The subscription terms apply to all types of our subscriptions. Changes in name, address, email or payment information must be notified to KAHUVA immediately in writing at info@kahuva.dk, or changed via your account on our website. You will receive a receipt for your subscription agreement via email.

  • Creating a subscription
    • KAHUVA customers can subscribe to selected products. This is done by selecting a product and upon purchase there will be the option to subscribe. If this is not shown, the product is not a subscription product.
  • Changing subscription type

Changes in subscription type, delivery requests, etc. are made free of charge. The change takes effect at the end of the existing period. You can change your subscription type via my account, send an e-mail to info@kahuva.dk or call us at 70608022.

  • Subscription period and cancellation

The agreement is valid from the day you enter into the subscription agreement and continues until you cancel the subscription, or in the event of non-payment. The subscription can be cancelled whenever you wish, with immediate effect via your personal profile at www.kahuva.dk, you are not bound by anything by having a subscription with KAHUVA. However, the subscription must be cancelled before we have sent the delivery in question.

  • When will my subscription payment be deducted?

Payment for your subscription will be deducted when KAHUVA has shipped your order. When the money is deducted, you will receive an email with information about the amount and what the order contains. The amount deducted will be the amount that matches the subscription solution you have ordered. The money will be deducted on the day your order is shipped, cf. the date you created your subscription and the interval you have chosen. Your order will always be shipped on the first business day after your order. This will also apply to your future receipts of our subscription solutions.

  • Payment

Payment for delivery is debited from your payment card on the same day as dispatch. Packages are dispatched via GLS. A receipt for each purchase via payment card is sent by email. Otherwise, you can always access order history, receipts and subscription information via your account on KAHUVA, see more in your account. If payment is not made by the due date at the latest, a fee of 10% of the invoice amount will be charged for each reminder letter. In the event of late payment, KAHUVA reserves the right to impose default interest in accordance with the Danish Interest Act, Section 5, subsection 1. If payment for the subscription is not received, KAHUVA may terminate the subscription agreement without notice.

Card information registered when subscribing will be stored with the customer's information in their profile so that a fixed payment agreement can be established.

  • Changing payment information on your subscription

If you get a new payment card or otherwise change your payment information, it is important that you go to your profile and change your information. If you do not change your information, KAHUVA will not be able to deduct payment for your order, and you will therefore not receive any goods. If you are in doubt, you are very welcome to contact us at info@kahuva.dk.

  • Changes to the terms of the subscription?

Changes to this agreement that will be to the customer's advantage, including price and fee reductions, may be made by www.KAHUVA.dk/ without prior notice. Changes to this agreement that are to the customer's disadvantage, including price and fee increases, will be announced with a minimum of 30 days' notice. You must be 18 years of age to create a subscription with KAHUVA. If you are under 18, KAHUVA must have consent from your parents. You are deemed to have approved the changes if you have not notified us otherwise before the date on which the changes come into effect.   • Default

If you breach your subscription agreement or the subscription terms, KAHUVA is entitled to cancel your subscription without notice.

  • Processing of personal information

To administer your subscription, KAHUVA processes a number of information about you, including name, address, telephone number, email, and other matters of importance to your subscription. By subscribing, you consent to us using the information to administer your subscription and for statistical purposes.

  • Electronic and telephone inquiries

As a condition of creating a membership with KAHUVA, you also consent to KAHUVA contacting you by electronic mail and contacting you by telephone. You will receive electronic messages in the form of emails to your registered email address and SMS messages to the registered mobile phone number. It is therefore important that the data provided is correct and it is the members themselves who are responsible for having provided the correct information.

KAHUVA will contact you via electronic mail (E-mail) with information about updates, changes, etc. regarding your membership with KAHUVA. You will also be able to be contacted by telephone on the registered mobile phone number with service/guidance on how to get the most out of your current membership. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” to one of the emails we send you.

Your personal data belongs to you. You share your information with KAHUVA because you want to order a product. But we imagine that you would like to know why we need to use your personal data and how we process it. We would like to tell you that.

KAHUVA only uses the data you provide us in connection with ordering a product.

We use the following information:

- Name and address of buyer and recipient

- Telephone number

- Payment address

- Email address

- Payment method

- IP address.

As you probably understand, we need delivery address information so we can deliver your order.

  • Security

We protect the information you provide us with the most advanced technology so that no unauthorized person has access to it. Should it be necessary to share the information with a third party (read more under point 5), we require the company to treat your information as securely as we do and for the purpose for which it is intended.

  • Storage period

We store personal data for as long as necessary to process your order and then we store it for our own use for a maximum of two years. After that, the personal data will be deleted unless we are required by law to store it for a longer period. For example, the law requires us to store payment information for five years.

Email from Emærket: After your purchase, you will receive an email from Emærket. Emærket is a non-profit legal organization whose purpose is to close down scam companies, ensure safe online shopping, and collect feedback from the purchase.

Advertising: You probably want to know everything about our wonderful selection, ongoing offers, competitions, etc. If you give permission, you can receive notifications about these via email or social media.

Newsletter: You can also choose to sign up for our newsletters. Then you will always receive the latest offers, news, coffee guides, etc. Do you no longer want to receive newsletters? You always have the option to unsubscribe via the link in our newsletters or write us an email.

In certain cases, we may share data with companies we work with, also known as third parties, in order to process your order.

  • We want to make sure that you can use our website in the best possible way and as personally as possible. Therefore, we may use statistics services such as Google Analytics to see how you use our site. Of course, we have security agreements with these companies so that IP addresses are anonymized.
